Online Store Order
PLACING ORDER
1. You can order through our online shop at any time with minimum delivery / pick up date of 72 hours.
2. You can order your cake up to 6 months in advance before your delivery/pickup date.
PAYMENT
Our online shop uses SecurePay payment gateway. We accept online payments including credit/debit card. We are currently working on other payment methods.
CANDLE & KNIFE
All of our retail cakes come with 1 plastic knife and 1 metallic candle. If you need to purchase more candles, select the option you want in the "add-on option" on each individual product page.
REFUND
We offer a refund, if you should cancel your order within seven (7) days of its collection date. Please note that there is a 15% order processing fee that is not refundable.
The process will took within 7 days.
Custom Cake Order
PLACING ORDER
You can order your cake up to 6 months in advance before your delivery/pickup date. We prefer at least 4-6 weeks notice but on some occasions, we may be able to squeeze in late order.
EVENT DETAILS
Start by providing the date of the event, the theme/design (if any), the number expected guests at the event, whether you'd like to cater for all of them, or is the cake just for the cake cutting purposes. You can contact us via link at our home page.
DESIGN CONFIRMATION
Once you have locked in a design and get a quotation from us, a 50% deposit must be placed in order to secure your cake. The final payment will be due at least a week prior to the pickup or delivery date. All cake orders must be fully paid before it leaves our studio.
CAKE TASTING
Cake tasting only available on early 2025. We provide free cake tasting session every month by appointment only. We will announce through our social media for slot booking.
