Cake Care Instructions

• Storage: Keep in a cool, dry place. Refrigerate if not serving within a few hours.
• Serving Temperature: Remove from the fridge 30-60 minutes before serving for the best texture.
• Handling: Avoid direct sunlight, heat, and excessive movement to maintain the buttercream’s stability.
• Cutting Tip: Use a warm, sharp knife, wiping the blade between cuts for clean slices.
• Display Location: The cake should be placed in a cool, shaded area, away from direct sunlight or heat sources.
• Support & Stability: Cakes larger than 16” require a sturdy table to support the weight.
• Serving Tip: Large cakes should be cut in sections using a long serrated knife, following the recommended slice size for optimal portioning.
• For Cakes Larger than 18”, we will set up the cake at least 2 hours before the event to ensure proper presentation and stability.
